About us

We are your end-to-end visual production partner, based in Shanghai since 2002. With 1,000+ clients served across two decades, we specialize in helping overseas importers and OEM/OBM brands create product visuals that sell — without the hassle of shooting back home.

From the initial creative brief to final file delivery, our in-house
team handles photography, video, post-production, motion graphics, and e-commerce detail page design. Everything is done under one roof, in one city, on your timeline.

VISUAL STRATEGY CUSTOMIZATION

We don’t rely on generic templates. Instead, we dive deep into your product category and target audience, analyzing competitors’ visual gaps to define clear focal points and prioritize selling points. This ensures every image aligns precisely with your target customers’ browsing habits and decision-making journeys.

COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY EXECUTION

We shoot the full range of commercial content your product needs — pure white-background shots, lifestyle scenes, and model photography with adult or child models. For video, we produce both horizontal and vertical formats, optimized for e-commerce listings, social media ads, and brand storytelling. Every shot is pre-planned to minimize rework and deliver platform-ready files on time.

POST-PRODUCTION REFINEMENT & OPTIMIZATION

Our post-production team handles color grading, retouching, video editing, voiceover, and music composition. For brands that need more, we also produce AE motion graphics, 3D product animation, and full e-commerce detail page design. Every deliverable is formatted for your target platform and ready to upload without additional work.

Common Questions from Overseas Buyers

How do I get my products to your studio in Shanghai?

Many overseas clients worry about the hassle and cost of shipping samples internationally — and the risk of items getting lost in transit. Our solution: you don’t need to handle logistics at all. If your products are already with a factory or supplier in China, we arrange pickup directly — no shipping cost to you, no risk, no coordination required on your end. If samples do need to be shipped from overseas, we provide a full receiving address and customs guidance, and confirm receipt as soon as your package arrives. Over 20+ years, we’ve handled product logistics for clients across the US, Australia, and beyond — it’s a solved problem for us.

Can you coordinate directly with my supplier or factory?

A common concern for overseas clients: “I can’t be on the ground — what if something gets lost in translation between my factory and your team?” This is exactly what we’re built for. Once you make an introduction, we take full ownership of the supplier side: scheduling pickup, confirming shoot timelines, and arranging safe return of all samples. We keep you informed at every step — you’re not left guessing. With two decades of working alongside Chinese manufacturers across dozens of product categories, we know how to get what we need efficiently and without friction.

What file formats and sizes do you deliver?

Too many clients have experienced this: the photos arrive, and then you realize the format is wrong, the dimensions don’t meet platform requirements, or the background fails Amazon’s color spec — and you’re back to square one. We prevent this at the brief stage. Standard delivery includes high-resolution JPEG (72dpi for web, 300dpi for print) and PNG with transparent background. If you have platform-specific requirements — Amazon main image dimensions, Shopify square crop, independent site banner ratios — just note them in your brief and we’ll deliver files that are ready to upload, no post-processing needed on your end. Batch resizing for multi-SKU catalogs is a standard service, not an add-on.

How does the revision process work? What if the results don’t meet my expectations?

This is the question we take most seriously — because it’s where trust is either built or broken. Before any shoot begins, we complete a detailed project brief with you: reference images, style direction, background specifications, platform requirements, and any product-specific details. The brief is confirmed by both sides before the camera turns on. The purpose is simple: when you see the first delivery, it should already be close to what you envisioned — not a starting point for guesswork. Every project includes two rounds of revisions. If the first delivery deviates from what was agreed in the brief — that’s on us, and it doesn’t count toward your revision rounds. Our standard is straightforward: delivering to the agreed specification is the baseline, not a favor.

How long does the process take, from shoot to delivery?

Vague timelines are one of the most frustrating parts of working with production studios. We don’t give those. Once products are received, standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for photography and post-production. For urgent small-batch orders of 10 items or fewer, we can respond and deliver final files within 24 hours. For large catalogs or video projects, we provide a precise production schedule before the contract is signed — milestone by milestone, with proactive updates at each stage. If you have a hard deadline, tell us upfront. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can meet it — we won’t commit to a timeline we can’t deliver.

Will time zone differences and language barriers affect communication?

This is a real concern — slow responses, missed messages, and miscommunication are exactly why some buyers avoid working with overseas studios. Our entire workflow is designed for cross-timezone collaboration. All communication is handled in English via email and WeChat, with a guaranteed 24-hour response window regardless of time zone. We provide proactive project updates at each stage — you won’t need to chase us for status. When real-time calls are needed, we schedule them around your timezone — this is standard for our US and Australian clients, not a special accommodation.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Smaller brands and sellers testing new products often worry they’ll be turned away — or quoted a disproportionately high price — for a small shoot. We don’t have a hard minimum. We work with single-product shoots and multi-hundred SKU annual catalog contracts. Pricing is based on product type, shoot format, quantity, and post-production scope — not on penalizing you for a small order. The best approach is to send us your product details and requirements. We’ll come back with a clear quote within 24 hours. You decide from there — no upfront commitments, no pressure.

Are you familiar with Amazon’s image requirements?

Many sellers have had listings suppressed or images rejected — not because the photography was poor, but because a technical specification was off. Amazon’s main image requirements are strict: pure white background (RGB 255,255,255), product occupying at least 85% of the frame, no watermarks, no added text. These are our standard operating specs for every Amazon client — you don’t need to remind us. We currently produce main images and supporting visuals for multiple OBM clients to Amazon standards, and can also prepare A+ Content asset packages. If your category has specific additional requirements, flag them in the brief and we’ll handle accordingly.

How does payment work for overseas clients?

Cross-border payments can feel uncertain — exchange rate losses, transfer fees, and no clear confirmation that your payment was received. We accept international bank transfer (T/T) and PayPal. The structure is straightforward: 50% deposit to confirm the project, balance due upon delivery and approval. All fees are itemized clearly in the project proposal — no hidden charges, no surprises after the fact. We issue a written confirmation upon receipt of every payment, so there’s always a clear record on both sides.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the final results?

The real concern behind this question: paying for a shoot, receiving the files, and then being told “we delivered what was asked” — with no path forward. We prevent this from the start. The pre-shoot brief exists to give “satisfaction” a concrete, agreed-upon standard — not a subjective feeling. Two revision rounds are built into every project fee. If the final delivery doesn’t meet the standard defined in the agreed brief, we continue revising at no additional cost. We’ve been in this industry for over 20 years. Our reputation is built one project at a time — we don’t close a job until it’s right.
